I understand that in this case the delay in payment of the purchase money is due to the fact that on investigation of title by the Chief State Solicitor it was found that a small portion of the lands on offer was not registered. However, my latest information is that the problem has been resolved and it is hoped to complete the sale and issue the purchase money shortly.
