asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when telephone facilities will be provided for a person (details supplied) in Dublin; and if priority will be given to this applicant in view of the urgent circumstances of her case.

Service will be provided as soon as possible but it is unlikely that it will be possible to do so for about a year. Priority attention will be accorded when the necessary plant is available.
