The contractors who built the houses in question are responsible for maintaining them for a period of twelve months after completion and for making good at the contractors' own expense such defects due to faulty workmanship and/or materials as may arise during that period. The contractors have already remedied certain defects and will be required to remedy others being brought to their attention.
