My Department received a letter on 29 April 1982 from the North Dublin national school project indicating that that body had been formally inaugurated with the primary aim of establishing a multi-denominational national school on the north side of Dublin. A meeting was requested with officials of my Department to discuss the aims of the North Dublin national school project and to initiate whatever procedures are necessary to bring these aims to a fruitful conclusion. Arrangements are being made for such meeting.
