Yes, New exchanges at Kilcolgan and Oranmore which will service Clarenbridge subscribers, will be brought into service early next year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin.

A survey is being undertaken to establish when telephone service can be provided for the person named who made application in May 1982. The applicant will be contacted as soon as possible after the result of the survey is known.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will expedite the provision of a telephone service for a person in County Dublin (details supplied) who applied in 1980 and who needs the service urgently because of his special family circumstances.

Service will be provided as soon as possible but it is unlikely that necessary cabling can be completed for about a year.

Service will be provided as soon as possible but it is unlikely that necessary cabling can be completed for about a year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the reason for the delay in providing a telephone for a person (details supplied) in Ballyfermot, Dublin; when service will be provided; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It has not been possible to meet this application so far because of a shortage of cabling to serve the area and the volume of applications on hands and requiring attention in the Dublin area. It is expected that service will be provided within about a year.

It has not been possible to meet this application so far because of a shortage of cabling to serve the area and the volume of application on hands and awaiting attention in the Dublin area. It is expected that service will be provided within about a year.

It has not been possible in the time available to research the priority aspect. If the Deputy can furnish details of the circumstances the question of according priority when the necessary cabling has been completed will be examined.
