Vol. 335 No. 6

Written Answers. - Agricultural Grant.

828.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying a 1981 cattle headage grant to a person (details supplied) in Cork south west; and if he will now arrange for immediate payment.

The maximum amount payable under the combined 1981 cattle and sheep headage schemes in the disadvantaged areas is £1,750.

As the person named received £1,750 in respect of his 1981 sheep headage application alone, he is not eligible for any grant under the 1981 cattle headage scheme.
