Before proceeding to item No. 2, I should like to advise the House that, in accordance with Standing Order No. 15, the Ceann Comhairle has nominated Deputy Joe Sherlock to act as presiding Member of the Dáil or Committee of the whole Dáil. Also in accordance with Standing Order No. 15 the Ceann Comhairle is nominating Deputy Michael Moynihan to act as presiding Member of the Dáil or Committee of the whole Dáil to replace Deputy Eileen Desmond, whom he has so nominated.
