A grant in respect of the provision of bathroom and sewerage facilities cannot be allowed in this case because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, the work had commenced before an inspection of the house was carried out. A grant is not payable in respect of providing a water supply as there is an existing supply in the house. The applicant was so informed on 23 June 1982.
