I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the details required to review the taxpayer's liability for 1981-82 were not submitted by him to the inspector of taxes until 18 May 1982. The review has since been made revealing an overpayment of £22.06 and a cheque for that amount will reach him shortly.
