Written Answers. - Helicopter Flights.

asked the Minister for Labour if he will give the following information in respect of flights by helicopter other than Air Corps helicopter: (a) the number of flights undertaken by him; (b) the destinations and where the flights took place from; (c) the reason for the flights in each case; (d) the cost in each case; (e) the total costs; and (f) from whom the helicopters were hired.

I have not undertaken any flights by helicopter since my appointment as Minister.

asked the Minister for the Public Service if he will give the following information in respect of flights by helicopters other than Air Corps helicopter: (a) the number of flights undertaken by him; (b) the destinations and where the flights took place from; (c) the reason for the flights in each case; (d) the cost in each case; (e) the total costs; and (f) from whom the helicopters were hired.

No helicopter has been hired for my use.

asked the Minister for Transport if he will give the following information in respect of flights by helicopter other than Air Corps helicopter: (a) the number of flights undertaken by him and his Minister of State; (b) the destinations and where the flights took place from; (c) the reason for the flights in each case; (d) the cost in each case; (e) the total costs; and (f) from whom the helicopters were hired.

During the period in question there was no occasion involving the use of a helicopter by me or the Minister of State at the Department of Transport.
