A house improvement grant in respect of a water supply, sewerage facilities and necessary works to the fabric of the house will be approved in this case on receipt of evidence of planning permission for the proposed works.

Grants in respect of a bathroom and bedroom cannot be allowed because, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, these works had commenced before an inspection of the house was carried out.

495.
