The brief submitted by the South Eastern Health Board setting out its requirements for the replacement of the Sacred Heart Home, Carlow, has been approved by my Department. I have decided that this scheme should be allowed to progress this year and the health board has been notified that it may now proceed with the preparation of planning documents.
