asked the Minister for Education if, in view of the very special circumstances in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who is a secondary school teacher and who has spent 21 years teaching in a Third World country, his Department will sanction the highest salary possible.

Dublin South-East): The teacher in question has been granted the maximum of four years' incremental credit allowable under the terms of Agreed Report No. 9/79 of the Conciliation Council for Teachers in respect of the period of teaching service given by him abroad.
