asked the Minister for Education if she will stand by the commitment which was given by previous Ministers for Education, including Deputy John Boland, on 21 January and by his letter of 10 February 1982 that the County Dublin Vocational Education Committee were given sanction to build a community college in Esker, Lucan, County Dublin and that it will be ready for the admission of pupils in September, 1985.
