andMr. Faulkner asked the Minister for the Environment when the contract documents for the Blackrock / Haynestown sewerage scheme (No. 2) County Louth will be approved.

Having regard to the need to conserve available capital for schemes of the highest priority, including Cooley regional water supply and Tullyallen sewerage scheme, I cannot say, at this stage, when I will be in a position to convey a decision to Louth County Council on the contract documents for Blackrock / Haynestown sewerage scheme (Phase 2) which are under consideration in my Department.
