The land in question comprises part of a former commonage which has been divided by the Land Commission. Vesting of the defined plots allotted on the division of the commonage will be effected by a composite vesting order which will also serve to complete the exchanges of land involved in the division. There are certain technical difficulties to be settled before the vesting order can be made and these are being dealt with.
