It is a condition of the 1982 cattle headage scheme in the disadvantaged areas that the total off-farm income of an applicant and spouse must not exceed £5,415 for income tax year ended 5 April 1982.
The person named was requested last November to forward details of his off-farm earnings for that period but has not done so. His application will be dealt with when he replies.
