Examination of the sketch scheme submitted by the Office of Public Works in April 1981, and which was referred to in the reply to Question No. 23 of Wednesday, 23 October 1982, was undertaken when the suitability of the required site extension and legal title thereto were confirmed in July 1982. As further inquiries have to be made I am not in a position to state when the examination of the sketch scheme may be completed but the matter will be expedited as much as possible.
