The closing date for receipt of applications under the 1982 Scheme of Assistance for the Expansion of the Cattle Breeding Herd was 30 July 1982. As the person named did not apply for an application form, however, until 8 November 1982 he was deemed ineligible for entry to the scheme.

There is no record of an application under the western drainage scheme. An application has been received for land reclamation work under the programme for Western Development. Applications under this scheme are being processed strictly in order of receipt. This application will be investigated when earlier applications have been dealt with.
