asked the Minister for Agriculture when moneys due under the calved heifer grants scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

The person named has been paid this grant already.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when moneys due to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick will be paid under the farm plan.

A grant of £1,229 will be paid shortly together with a number of other grants certified about the same time.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

An application for cattle headage grant under the 1982 disadvantaged areas schemes received from the person named will be considered when he replies to a query regarding rented land.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a payment was made under the cattle headage scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

The person named was paid the bulk of her cattle headage grant under the 1982 disadvantaged areas schemes on 14 March 1983 and will be paid the small balance outstanding shortly.

asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in paying headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

The person named was paid his cattle headage grant under the 1982 disadvantaged areas schemes on 26 April 1983. The applicant owns land inside and outside the disadvantaged areas and this type of case has to be dealt with separately.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the immediate payment of cattle headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

It is a condition of the 1982 cattle headage scheme in the disadvantaged areas that the total off-farm income of an applicant must not exceed £5,415 for the income tax year ended 5 April 1982.

As the off-farm income of the person named exceeded that amount, he is not eligible for cattle headage payment.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the immediate payment of headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

The person named has been paid his sheep and cattle headage grants under the 1982 disadvantaged areas schemes already. He will be paid suckler cow premium for 1982 as soon as the batch which includes his payment is processed.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange for the immediate payment of cattle headage grants to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

My Department are unable to trace any application for headage grants from the person named.

The registered owner of the herd number has the same Christian name and address as the person named, however, and will be paid his cattle headage grant under the disadvantaged areas schemes 1982 as soon as the batch which includes his payment is processed.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay farm buildings and an accounts grant for 1981-82 to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

There are no grants outstanding for buildings or farm accounts in this case.
