Written Answers. - Payment to County Limerick Firm.

Mr. G. Cahill

asked the Minister for Industry and Energy if he is aware that a sum amounting to £120,000 approximately is due to a firm (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will take the necessary steps to ensure that the moneys are paid forthwith.

I presume the Deputy is referring to payment of grants by the Industrial Development Authority. The IDA have agreed with the company in question a procedure for making grant payments to the company. Payments are being made in accordance with that agreed procedure.
