Vol. 342 No. 7

Written Answers. - County Limerick School.

725.

asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in providing the Department of Education with a report on the building of a new national school at Kilcoleman, County Limerick, on the free site being provided for this purpose by the people of the parish; and if he will ensure that priority is given to this matter.

The Office of Public Works have not been advised of the availability of a site for a new school at Kilcoleman, County Limerick. The Department of Education have very recently asked the Office of Public Works to consider whether it is feasible to extend the present school or whether a new school should be erected on another site. This matter will be considered urgently and a report made to the Department of Education at an early date. There has been no delay on the part of the Office of Public Works in this case.
