Sketchplans for the proposed new national school at Kiltimagh, County Mayo, which were prepared by the chairman's consultants have recently been received in my Department from the Commissioners of Public Works and are at present under examination.
When the sketchplans have been approved and agreement has been reached with the school authorities concerning the local contribution, a grant will be sanctioned towards the cost of the project. It is not possible at this stage to say when work may commence.
