Vol. 343 No. 1

Written Answers. - Limerick Fair Green.

572.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to amend the Great Munster Fairs Act, 1852 so as to provide for the transfer of the Fair Green Limerick from Limerick County Council to Limerick Corporation, in consideration of which £37,500 has already been agreed between the two bodies.

Limerick County Council's request to be relieved of their obligations under the Great Munster Fairs Act, 1852, is still under consideration in my Department. The matter will be brought to a conclusion as soon as possible.
