There were a number of faults on this subscriber's line since the beginning of this year which were cleared promptly. Service will improve in this area towards the end of this year with the provision of a new digital exchange at Clondalkin.
The most recent fault is attributable to a problem in the subscriber's own internal equipment which was not provided by my Department.
