Louth County Council have sought my approval to unit cost in respect of the proposed four old persons' dwellings at Blackrock, Dundalk. The proposal is under consideration in my Department at present and I hope to be in a position to inform the council of my decision in the near future.

The council recently sought my approval to unit costs for this scheme. Additional details, including appropriate technical reports, have been requested by my Department in order that the proposal can be fully considered.
