The tendering procedures in respect of the housing scheme in question were handled by the National Building Agency on behalf of Sligo Corporation and, in accordance with the normal practice, I had no involvement in them. I am satisfied, however, from information made available to me that the agency discharged its responsibilities in relation to the matter in a proper and responsible manner. In the circumstances I do not intend to take any action in the matter.
