Contract documents for the Killybegs water supply scheme have been submitted to my Department by Donegal County Council. The question of approval of the documents must, however, await the outcome of compulsory purchase order and water rights proceedings for which I understand Donegal County Council are at present preparing the relevant documentation. I am not in a position to say when work on the scheme will commence.
