I am awaiting the formal submission to my Department by the South-Eastern Health Board of the planning brief prepared by the project team for this scheme. The question of allocating the necessary capital resources to enable stage 2 planning to proceed on the project will be considered as sympathetically as possible in the light of the total capital resources available to my Department.
