A licence authorising the carrying on of the business of a livestock mart by Comharcumann Bhaile na Finne, County Donegal, will be granted on completion of an application form in compliance with the Livestock Marts Act, 1967, and provided the terms of the Livestock Marts Regulations, 1968, are fulfilled.
