asked the Minister for Agriculture if his Department will purchase 60 acres of turbary at Graffa, Ballylongford, County Kerry, which is known as O'Brien's bog.

Due to the high cost of development which would be involved, the Land Commission are not prepared to make an offer for the purchase of this bog.
