Limerick East): Circuit Court statistics are compiled on the basis of the legal year, that is the year beginning on 1 August of one year and ending on 31 July of the next. The most up-to-date statistics available at present, therefore, are those appertaining to the year ended 31 July 1982. The number of civil bills seeking divorce a mensa et thoro entered in the Circuit Court in that year was two.
