Vol. 345 No. 4

Written Answers. - Drogheda Quay.

243.

asked the Minister for Transport if, in view of the urgent need to reconstruct Ballast Quay and Welshman's Quay, Drogheda, County Louth, he will immediately comply with the request of Drogheda Harbour Commissioners to meet them to discuss the matter with a view to making a State grant available for the work involved.

Because of pressure of business, I regret to say that I am unable to meet a deputation from Drogheda Harbour Commissioners at present. I have arranged, however, for officials of my Department to meet the commissioners, if they so wish, on a date to be agreed.
