Vol. 345 No. 6

Written Answers. - County Tipperary Traffic By-Laws.

242.

asked the Minister for the Environment when the traffic by-laws for Chair and other towns in South Tipperary will be implemented.

I regret that I have not been able to give approval to these by-laws pending the resolution of certain outstanding issues relating to the finalisation of a draft which will serve as a model for traffic and parking by-laws for County Tipperary and other areas in the country. The Attorney General's Office is being consulted in this connection.

Every effort is being made to resolve these issues with the minimum of delay.
