Vol. 345 No. 6

Written Answers. - County Tipperary Welfare Homes.

358.

asked the Minister for Health when the welfare home at Morton Street, Clonmel, County Tipperary, will be officially opened.

It is a matter for the health board to determine when the official opening will take place. I understand that the subject will be decided upon at the November meeting of the board.

359.

asked the Minister for Health when a welfare home will be provided at Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary, as a site has already been provided by the South Eastern Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have not received any proposals from the South-Eastern Health Board for the provision of a welfare home in Carrick-on-Suir.
