asked the Minister for the Environment whether he received additional documentation requested by his Department relating to the proposed housing scheme in Adare by Limerick County Council which was forwarded by the county council to his Department on 13 July last; and when approval will be given to him so that contract documents can be prepared with a view to advertising for tender.

Limerick County Council have been informed that the revised documentation submitted by them for the proposed housing scheme in Adare has been approved in principle, subject to the incorporation therein of certain minor amendments. Because of the special sensitivity of this scheme, the council have been asked to furnish certain detailed drawings. A cost plan has also been requested.
