On receipt of notification of completion of work and evidence of planning permission for the septic tank, which was requested from the applicant on 1 July 1983, an inspection will be arranged with a view to payment of the grants approved. The Deputy was so informed on 4 July 1983.

Approval of a grant is being deferred in this case pending clarification from Galway County Council as to whether the person named has made application under the disabled persons' grants scheme. Evidence of planning permission requested from the applicant is also outstanding.
