A grant will be paid when an inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out as soon as possible. In the absence of the file which is with the inspector, it is not possible to say what the position is regarding the mortgage subsidy.
