Vol. 347 No. 3

Written Answers. - Invalided Persons' Passport Charge.

202.

asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will abolish the passport charge in respect of invalided persons, including children, travelling abroad on pilgrimage.

I have recently made an arrangement with the French authorities which reduces the cost of travel documentation to invalids travelling to Lourdes. This now enables groups of up to 50 invalids to enter France on one collective passport which is issued for a single fee of £30.
