I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer ceased employment on 28 September 1983 and that since then three claims on the grounds of unemployment for the months of October, November and December have been received and repaid. The latest claim was received on 12 January 1984 and the repayment cheque issued on 19 January.
