An attic insulation grant application was received in my Department from this person on 4 February 1982 and was incomplete in one respect. A letter issued that day to the applicant but no reply has been received in my Department to date. In view of this question it now appears that the letter may not have been received, and a further letter is now being sent to the applicant. On receipt of a reply the application will be reconsidered.
