Postal Voting (Disabled Persons) (Interim Provision) Bill, 1984: Leave to Introduce.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the interim extension of postal voting facilities to persons with disability.

Is the Bill opposed?

Yes, it is opposed.

As the Bill is opposed, it will go into Private Members' Time and will be taken on the next day on which Private Members' Time occurs.

Agreed and ordered accordingly.

We come now to item No. 8, Copyright (Amendment) Bill, 1984, Report and Fifth Stages. There are two amendments which will be taken together and it is necessary now to recommit the Bill. Is the recommital of these amendments agreed?

The amendments may be discussed together but they will be moved separately.
