asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

The first instalment of the mortgage subsidy has been paid in this case. Payment of the second instalment will be made when the applicant submits the appropriate claim form duly certified.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.

The second instalment of the mortgage subsidy was paid in this case on 28 February 1984.

asked the Minister for the Environment if a housing inspector will call to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick and conduct a final inspection as this person is awaiting payment of a new house grant.

The file in this case has been referred to my Department's inspector for investigation and report with a view to payment of the grant.

asked the Minister for the Environment if grant aid will be made available in respect of restoration work carried out to a wall at the Church of Ireland, Pettigo, County Donegal.

I regret that there are no funds available to me to make a grant for works of this kind.

asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of grant under the housing improvement scheme that has been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

A house improvement grant of £200 has been approved in this case.
