asked the Minister for Agriculture if a farm buildings grant under the farm modernisation scheme will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

It is a condition for the payment of grants to development farmers under the farm modernisation scheme that an extract of farm accounts is submitted for each year of the plan. As the applicant in this case is a development farmer the grant cannot be paid until the necessary extract for the accounting year ended 31 December 1979 has been furnished.

Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for Agriculture when a decision will be taken in relation to the distribution of an estate (details supplied) in County Leitrim.

The Land Commission hope to divide this estate within the next few weeks.

asked the Minister for Agriculture when payment under the farm modernisation scheme will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

The grant of £3,864 in this case has been paid.
