A tabulated statement giving the names of the schools and information as to whether a new school, an extension or improvements are involved is appended. In this regard, it is desired to explain that it would not be in accordance with normal procedure to state the estimate cost of building projects in the case of primary or secondary schools.
Pending the completion of all stages of the planning process, it is not possible to say when construction work may be commenced in any individual case apart from the new community school at Shannon. It is expected that construction work on this project will be commenced by May 1984.
