I have received a letter from the Beechwood Coolamber Maple Residents' Association requesting a meeting. Due to a heavy schedule I would be unable to meet a deputation from this association in the near future. The association was so informed by letter of 19 April 1984, in which I offered to arrange a meeting for them with senior officials of my Department.
