I presume that the Deputy is referring to the Health (Mental Services) Act 1981 which has not been implemented. Certain aspects of the Act as passed have caused me some concern and I have therefore asked my Department to review the Act as a whole. I expect to be in a position to consider the result of this review in a few months.
