It is a condition for the payment of grants to development for the payment of grants modernisation scheme that an extract of farm accounts is submitted for each year of the plan.
As the application in this case is a development farmer the grant cannot be paid until the necessary extract for the accounting year ended 31 August 1983 has been furnished.
