That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Funds of Suitors Bill, 1984 that it has power to make provision in the Bill to enable part of the funds of suitors to be allocated——
(a) to the Community, Youth, Recreational and Employment Programme, and
(b) towards the provision of civil legal aid services".
It is simply a technicality to enable the amendments to be moved. There is no difficulty with it.
