Vol. 352 No. 1

Written Answers. - Appointment of Liquidator.

396.

asked the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism in relation to the Companies Act, 1963, and in particular section 222 in relation to a liquidation under the Companies Act regarding a firm (details supplied) the date of the appointment of the liquidator; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

According to information filed with the Companies Registration Office a liquidator was appointed to the company in question by Order of the High Court on 16 January 1984. As I have no function in relation to the actual winding up process I am not in a position to make any further comment in the matter.
